Limit of one entry or User ID per person.

There is no limitation on age. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor must sign a release (mechanical or electronic) on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize, but Manila Broadcasting Company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of any minor.

Employees of Manila Broadcasting Company, the contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extensions, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

Players must download or update to the MBC Jackpot Runner NEO game app on Google Play or IOS App Store. Previous versions of the game are not valid for play in this contest.

Device Compatibility - MBC Jackpot Runner NEO is not universally compatible with all mobile phone handsets and the User hereby confirms and accepts the same. It shall be the responsibility of the User to ensure the compatibility of the game application prior to use and Manila Broadcasting Company shall in no way be responsible for the same. In no circumstance shall Manila Broadcasting Company be liable for any failure to install or operate the application on an incompatible handset and the User hereby accepts and confirms the same.

Google Play Games and IOS Game Center Sign-in - For security and identification, the game uses sign-in processes provided by Google and IOS platforms. Therefore, participants must have an account to either service and the corresponding app installed (depending on their device). Participants’ profiles must be set to “Let others find your profile using your email address”.

Registration - The game app is an independent utility. INSTALLATION AND/OR PLAYING THE GAME DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTER THE PARTICIPANT IN THIS CONTEST. Participants must register separately using the link provided in the app. Link to the registration form can be found on the game app. Participants must accomplish all required details such as Name, Age, Address, Cell Phone Number, and their Google Play Games or IOS Game Center User ID.

Leaderboards - Participants must play MBC Jackpot Runner NEO until they reach the minimum score of 2,000 points for them to appear on the Google Play and IOS Game Center leaderboards. Only participants appearing on the leaderboards are eligible for the raffle draws

Social Media Subscription - Participants are required to like, follow, and share the official Facebook Page of MBC Jackpot Runner (https://www.facebook.com/mbcjackpotrunner) as well as the weekly “Official Jackpot Runner NEO Share Post” which will be posted every Wednesday on the page using the hashtag #TakboNaWeekly

Connectivity - MBC Jackpot Runner NEO can be played offline. However, to download, register, and update scores, participants must be connected to the internet. Participants’ internet connections are their responsibility. Participants must ensure that they allow enough time for the game app to update scores on the leaderboard prior to any draw.

Participants must meet the minimum required TOTAL score for each week to be eligible for the raffle draw. Minimum required TOTAL scores are as follows:

Determination of Winners

Names will be chosen based on their registration, via a digital raffle. To verify validity, the participant’s email address used in the registration should return their Google Play Games or IOS Game Center profile when used in search.

Electronic raffle will be done in the presence of a DTI representative either in-person or via video telephony.

Participants may only win once in each weekly raffle draw.

Only one (1) prize per household for each weekly draw is allowed.

If a participant is drawn more than once or is disqualified from winning in a weekly draw, another number is drawn until a new winner is chosen.

Determination of Winners

Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Manila Broadcasting Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the contest participants agree that Manila Broadcasting Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

Disqualification; Fraud. Failure to comply with any published contest rules is grounds for immediate disqualification from the contest. Manila Broadcasting Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry not conforming to the rules of the promotion at any time. Manila Broadcasting Company and its contest and promotional partners assume no responsibility for entry fraud committed by any entrant. In the event it is determined that an ineligible entrant wins a prize, Manila Broadcasting Company reserves all rights to the ownership and return of the prize and all costs associated with remedying any prize award to an ineligible entry or entrant.

Leaderboard Fraud Protection. Google Play Game Services and IOS Game Center Leaderboards have built-in fraud detection that automatically disqualifies, removes and bans User ID’s that are tagged with fraudulent behaviour. There are no specifics as to what constitutes fraudulent behaviour but generally this can be described as use or operation of the app in a manner that is inconsistent with its normal prescription. Participants who are removed from the official leaderboard are automatically disqualified.

Release. By participating in the contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Manila Broadcasting Company, its employees and agents, the contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign or agree to an official electronic waiver form provided by Manila Broadcasting Company.

Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain an unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior towards other players or towards Manila Broadcasting Company and its employees is prohibited and grounds for disqualification. Manila Broadcasting Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the contest and Manila Broadcasting Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Manila Broadcasting Company, Manila Broadcasting Company reserves the right to terminate this contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as Manila Broadcasting Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Manila Broadcasting Company and are final. Manila Broadcasting Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Manila Broadcasting Company reserves the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Miscellaneous. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. Manila Broadcasting Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the contest at any time as announced. Manila Broadcasting Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the contest.

Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Manila Broadcasting Company shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the DTI, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the contest, etc. as required by law.
